Bear Country

April 13-16, 2005:
Our early spring trip to Yosemite country was instantly filled with unexpected great experiences right from the start. From snowing on the granite mountains and falls to close encounters with black bears awakening from their winter hibernation. The colors of transitioning seasons of winter and spring were simply breathtaking. We later continued beyond Yosemite through Chinese Camp, Jamestown, Columbia, Sonora, Angels Camp, Napa Valley, and San Francisco.

Half Dome View from Sentinel Bridge

Update: Mrs. Fozzie returned to Yosemite on September 5, 2005, and conquered Half Dome.
